Gregs playing and design experiences, his extensive traveling and his various journalistic endeavours make for a wealth of tales, both serious and amusing.

Jane Turners experience in corporate hospitality is both long and extensive. She began as first cook and then purser on the super yacht MY Katalina as it cruised the world. She then moved on to become head chef at Peter de Savarays exclusive Glenborrodale Castle Hotel in the Scottish Highlands. On then to four years as cook for Marlboros formulae one motor racing team followed by a move into their event management arm. Jane was responsible for running such high profile events as the official Marlboro balls for the Monaco, Italian and Hungarian Grand Prix and was also responsible for their VIP Guest Programs. She has also been involved in the event management of the World Cup of Golf and the Dubai Desert Challenge.

Sara Ross has been in the food and catering industry her entire working life. This initially involved international forays to such exotic resorts as Verbier in Switzerland and Merebel in France. She went on to become manager of an exclusive lodge in Aspen, Colorado and most recently established and ran Queenstowns successful restaurant/café Bean to Tea.
